Welcome to your custom AI Fundraising Assistant. We have trained your AI assistant with your organization’s documents, and it is now ready to start creating grant applications, LOI’s, appeal letters, thank you notes, budgets, and more.

How to Use It:

  1. Type into the Assistant what you would like it to do. Be specific with the ask. For instance, “Using your reference files, help me draft an LOI to the ABC Foundation. Use compelling, thorough paragraphs.” or “I’m working on a grant application for the XYZ Corp, please help me generate answers as I enter them, using compelling, persuasive language.” 
  2. Tips: Upload or copy and paste funder interests, RFPs, guidelines, and philanthropic strategies to align your proposal with the funder’s interests. 
  3. Review and refine the draft. Adjust phrasing, data, or tone as needed.
  4. To view previous conversations, click on the “<” symbol below. To continue a previous chat, simply select that chat and resume the conversation in the chat bar. To start a new conversation, scroll all the way to the top of the window, click the “<” symbol, then click “+” and a new chat window will appear below.
  5. To add new information to your Assistant’s knowledge file, click on the attachment button on the left side of the dialogue box below. Select the file you want to upload. Then type “Add to knowledge” in the dialogue box and send. You will receive a confirmation message that the document was successfully added to the knowledge base.
  6. To save the Assistant’s responses to your computer, highlight the desired content, paste into the document editor of your choice, title, and save!
