April 13th - 17th

Finish one real grant application and build the habit of submitting weekly—in under an hour a day.

Stop staring at the blank page. The “Grant Writing Mountain” feels impossible to climb when you’re doing it alone. What if you could finish a high-quality grant in 5 days—and then do it again every week?

The 5-Day Grant Writing Sprint leverages CharityScribe’s custom AI tools to do the heavy lifting. We aren’t just teaching theory; we are getting a real grant off your plate and into a funder’s hands.

Your 5-Day Roadmap

Commitment: 30–60 minutes per day.

  • Day 1: Find Your Prospect

    Identify a high-fit grant opportunity.

  • Day 2: Draft Your Grant with AI

Generate a full grant draft in your organization’s unique voice using uploaded assets.

  • Day 3: Edit Your Grant for Impact

Strengthen your grant by aligning it with funder priorities and polishing the final narrative.

  • Day 4: Submit Your Grant

Finalize your application and hit "submit" or prep it for a final review.

  • Day 5: Live Coaching Session

Join Chris Mannino for a live "hot seat" coaching session to review outputs and set your weekly submission cadence.

How the Workshop Works:

Every morning during the 5-day sprint, you will receive an email from us containing:

  • A Short Video Training (5–10 minutes): A quick, actionable lesson on that day’s focus.
  • A High-Impact Task: A specific assignment designed to move your grant forward.

Once you’ve watched the video and started your task, head over to the Facebook Community. You’ll have the opportunity to workshop what you are working on, ask questions, and get real-time support from our team and fellow participants.

AI Tool Access:

To follow along with the daily demos and complete your assignments, you’ll need access to certain CharityScribe tools.

  • Upgraded Access: As a CharityScribe user, you’ll receive the tools needed to complete the workshop for free during the bootcamp.
  • Community Support: Gain access to our dedicated Facebook community for feedback and accountability.
